A very quiet room, necessary for a writer. Staff always pleasant [omit from review] but didn't (at first) seem to understand my English
Remote from the city centre - a disadvantage as the weather was very hot (for me) and I walk rather than ride.. [omit from review] No hot water in Room 14. The air conditioning was not put on until my last night!

The rooms are modern and the staff are very helpful. It is just about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and in a quiet residential area for a good nights sleep.
No complaints - last time I stayed the Wi-Fi was weak but this time it was fine.

The hotel has clearly been renovated recently so for example the bathroom is to a good standard. Also the room was very spacious. For the price the location is good - its just a 10 minute walk to the town centre.I am coming back in March and will stay at the same hotel.
Wi-Fi was a little temperamental - I was on the 2nd floor and the signal was quite weak. If Wi-Fi is important to you, I suggest you mention that when you book so they can put you in an appropriate room.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Silva. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing me a late checkout.
The only thing that could be improved is the food for breakfast. It would be great if they could offer fresher bread.

Had a wonderful xmas experience here! the room was incredibly comfortable with luxurious amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast offered a variety of options, from freshly brewed coffee to scrumptious delicacies, making the mornings even better. the key location feature of the hotel made it incredibly easy to explore nearby dining spots and shops. the staff was friendly and cheerful.
The only downside of this hotel was the lack of bathroom shelves to store toiletries. the parking situation was challenging with limited spots on the premises and paid parking in nearby areas.

The breakfast was decent, they offered a good variety of foods to choose from. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the main attractions. Plus, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making recommendations for activities or places to eat.
Our xmas stay was not as pleasant as we hoped. The heating system was not working properly, and we had to wear our jackets inside our rooms.
